Lecture Notes: Real Estate

 

The following is a set of real estate review notes for my paralegal students who are taking the course in real estate.

 

These review notes come from lecture notes I originally prepared for use in teaching the class. This web site, however, was not developed for, or under the authority of, or with the knowledge of the school. I made the website on my own time without using school materials, thinking I might supplement the material for my students, who are free to look at this, or not, just as they please. . . .

 

This is, however, my personal website and I pay for it, so I'll post pretty much anything I want to. But this part of my website is for real estate.

 

There is a list of real estate topics on the right. Click to go to those pages. In this spot throughout all the real estate pages are subtopics within the topic.

 

Hope it helps. And of course, my students can always check with me if there is something that isn't clear.
