LECTURE NOTES: Criminal Procedure
The following is a menu of lecture notes for the Criminal Procedure classes. I've put them into pdf file format so that if you want to print them, you'll get better results than printing a web page. These are my notes used for class presentations. It was my thought that it might be helpful for the students to have a copy of my notes to use for notetaking in class or when reviewing a class text.
